Take ibuprofen and drink coconut water right after getting sunburned to help with the pain, reduce inflammation, and stay hydrated. Next, make a soothing paste by combining a couple tablespoons of honey, a pouch of instant oatmeal, and ¼ cup milk. Mix well, then gently apply to your burned skin for at least 20 minutes or until the sting goes away, and then gently wipe off. Applying a cool (not cold) milk-soaked washcloth to your burned skin can also soothe the burn. Three or four days after a sunburn, apply organic coconut oil to serve as a moisturizer/
