Putting on “COVID-19 Pounds” Due to Working Remotely? Obesity Medical Association (OMA) Offers Tips

In an article posted on OMA’s website November 29, 2021, Dr. Christopher Weber identified the likely culprits behind weight gain associated with working remotely due to COVID-19—inadequate sleep, unmanaged stress, increased sedentary time,  and increased caloric intake.
