Make the stir fry sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, siracha, and brown sugar.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the olive oil, garlic, ginger, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned, about five minutes.
Add the mushroom and soybeans and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the spinach, cooking until wilted.
Stir in the sauce and garnish with green onions. Serve over brown rice or whole grain noodles.
