Black Bean Brownies

• 1 1/2 cups black beans • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine all ingredients except
chips in a food processor, and
blend until completely smooth. 3. Stir in the chips, then pour into
a greased 8×8 pan.4. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
then let cool completely before trying to cut.
