Cherry Vanilla Cinnamon Shake

• 1 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup of frozen cherries
• 2 tsps of cinnamon
• 1 cup of milk of your choice
• 1 cup of water
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds

1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or milk until desired thickness is achieved.
