Green Protein-boosted Spinach And Ginger Smoothie

• 2 cups sliced spinach
• 1⁄2 cup water
• Handful of ice cubes
• 1 medium apple
• 1 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Blend spinach with water and ice. With blender on low, incorporate apple, yogurt and ginger. Increase speed to high and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
