Herbacious Green Smoothie

• 1 cup green tea, chilled
• 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro
• 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley
• 1 cup loosely packed spinach or kale 1 cup cucumber
• 1 chopped Granny Smith apple
• 1 peeled lemon
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root

Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add water until desired thickness is achieved.
