Low-Fat Basil Pesto

• 2 cups basil leaves, packed
• 6 tbsp water
• 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated • 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. This recipe can be frozen for later or used right away.
